SHIPPING POLICY

At Kankatala, we try delivering your order as early as possible within the stipulated time frame. Right from processing to packaging to shipping, we maintain the highest quality and safety standards. Please take the time to read through and understand our policy thoroughly.

Free International shipping for orders above ₹25,000/- .

For orders below ₹25,000/- , ₹1500/- for the first saree and ₹500/- for each additional saree in the same order.

  1. The shipping charges, wherever applicable, are based on basket size. In cases where the basket size becomes voluminous, we impose a nominal fee, as oversized packaging charges to accommodate and safely deliver all the items ordered.
  2. For orders within India, shipping timelines are regulated by the state government and are subject to delay if a lockdown is in place.
  3. Kindly note that the estimated delivery dates can be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances faced by our delivery partners and are beyond our control. We do our best to track your order and keep you updated, and will not be held responsible for the delay.
  4. For international couriers, any additional charges (customs) will be levied if required, according to the country of delivery and the local government customs will be paid by the customer.
  5. For international customers, the VAT/Import Duties/Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be charged over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable, as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
  6. Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside India. Customers will be liable for customs charges in such cases.
  7. We request you provide us with your full address, PIN code, primary and an alternate contact number at the time of order to make the delivery process smooth and efficient.
  8. We would not be held liable for the incorrect address provided, and no refunds can be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the products.
  9. Your orders can take 10 to 15 working days from the date of receipt of the order to the actual delivery date for domestic couriers and 12 to 16 working days for international couriers.
  10. Orders, inclusive of pico/blouse service, take an extra 5 to 7 working days to be processed.
  11. If you require any products to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date, and a tracking number will be provided at the time of dispatch.
  12. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and good condition, we only use the most reliable courier services to deliver the product to your destination.
  13. Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, Shree Maruti courier, Blue dart are our domestic delivery partners. Aramex International, DHL, TNT Express and FedEx are our international delivery partners.
  14. The tracking details of the shipment, along with the carrier information, will be mailed to you once the product is out for delivery.
  15. We do not entertain returns and exchanges on clearance sale orders.
  16. If the order placed by you includes multiple products, we usually combine them in a single box before shipping. In the event you require them to be packaged separately, please write to us at hello@kankatala.com along with your order number. Packaging and shipping the products in individual boxes may incur an additional charge.
  17. Throughout our packaging and shipping process, we have multiple quality checkpoints to ensure the products reach you in the perfect state. In the unlikely event that you notice the package is damaged or tampered with, we request you not to accept it from the delivery personnel. Kindly notify us about it immediately via email, along with pictures of the damaged packaging.
  18. If your order contains a gift and would like us to include a note along with it, please send us an email along with your order number and the message to hello@kankatala.com.
