Shipping times can vary depending on your location. For most pin codes within India, Kankatala ensures that your parcel reaches you within 4 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. For international orders, delivery generally takes between 6 to 8 business days.

After selecting your desired products, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You will be prompted to enter all necessary information to complete your order. Following this, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway, where you can choose from various payment options, such as Netbanking, Debit Card, Credit Card, and more.

Customers can view prices in their selected currency by choosing from the dropdown menu on the top right-hand side of the page. For those within India, the listed prices include GST and shipping charges. Payment options include:

• Online payment via Netbanking or UPI.
• International debit/credit cards through our payment gateway partners, Razorpay and PayPal.

Kankatala collaborates with third-party payment gateway aggregators and financial institutions authorised by the Reserve Bank of India for processing payments. Direct payments can also be made via bank transfers or NEFT transfers.

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All prices displayed on the Kankatala website are inclusive of applicable taxes. This means that there will be no additional charges added at checkout.

Kankatala provides free shipping for all orders within India. There are no additional shipping costs, regardless of the order size or value.

For international orders, we charge INR 1,500 for the first saree and an additional INR 500 for each extra saree in the same order. This does not include potential extra charges such as customs duties or taxes, which will be the customer's responsibility upon receiving the product.
