  9. Force Majeure: Kankatala is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to events beyond our control.
  10. Product Use: Kankatala is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the product.

International Shipping

The validity of credit notes for products listed on our website is 30 days. For international deliveries, please use the code 2606001630. Our international shipping is handled by Aramex International and DHL International Couriers. Transit insurance is covered by the intermediate aggregation platform Shiprocket and our international delivery partners, in accordance with their respective terms.

International Payment

Our website supports international payments through Razorpay and PayPal. When a transaction is processed through PayPal, an additional 4% conversion fee is applied to the total bill amount.

Kankatala Sarees Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  • Redemption: Gift cards can only be redeemed online and are not valid for in-store purchases.
  • Refunds: No cash refunds, either partial or full, will be issued against gift cards.
  • Usage: Gift cards are redeemable only by the bearer and cannot be transferred to a different account.
  • Cancellation: Once issued, gift cards cannot be cancelled.
  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for 1,095 days from the date of purchase.
  • Fees: There are no fees or charges associated with gift cards; the full amount on the card is redeemable.
  • Loss and Theft: Kankatala is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards.
  • Fraudulent Use: In the event of fraudulent use, Kankatala reserves the right to request alternate payment methods.
  • Terms Alteration: Kankatala reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time without prior notice.
  • Discount Exclusions: The anniversary sale discount does not apply to gift card purchases.

Blouse / Falls Stitching

  • Tailoring Services: Please note that if you opt for any tailoring services, the order will not be eligible for exchange, return, or cancellation.
  • Designer Contact: Our designer will contact you shortly after the order is placed regarding the stitching of the blouse.
  • Processing Time: Orders, including pico or blouse stitching services, will require an additional 5-10 working days for processing.

Blouse Work: If you're opting for the saree's running blouse, please note that heavy work may not be possible. For simple or medium-range embroidery or maggam work, our fashion designer will assist you according to your requirements. If heavy work is desired, our fashion designer can help you choose suitable material for the best results.
