How do I search for the products I want?
Kankatala.com is an online ecommerce store owned and promoted by Kankatala Textiles Private Limited, a company registered under the laws of India. This Website is being offered to you on the condition that you accept and agree to the Terms mentioned herewith without any reservation. We reserve the right to accept or reject a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.
SCOPE OF LAW
We have a user-friendly menu that allows you to shop by product category. There are also filters in every category page(On left side in Desktop and On top in Mobile) where you can check options based on your preferences to shortlist products. You can also search directly from the search bar in the top-right corner.
What is the process once I have selected the pieces that I wish to buy?
Once you choose the products, you can click on “Proceed to Checkout” button. You can fill all the information needed for placing the order. You will then be redirected to our secure payment gateway page where you can choose from different payment options(Netbanking, Debit card, Credit card, etc.).
What are all the modes of payment available to me?
Customers can select their desired currency on the top right-hand side of the page and check the prices of products. For customer within India, the prices stated for the products are inclusive of GST and shipping charges, (please refer to our shipping policy). Payment can be made in one of two ways - (i) online payment through net banking, UPI (ii) International debit/credit cards through our payment gateway partners Razor pay and PayPal. In order to accomplish this, we may have agreements with third party payment gateway aggregators and financial institutions authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for the purpose of collecting, refunding and remitting payments, or (ii) accepting direct payments to us through bank transfers or NEFT transfers.

Are the prices on the website inclusive or exclusive of taxes?
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of all taxes.
What are your shipping charges for shipments within India?
We offer free shipping to anywhere in India.
What are your shipping charges for shipments outside India?
We charge INR 1,500 for the first saree and additional INR 500 for each extra saree in the same order, which does not include other charges (duties, customs etc..). There might be additional charges such as customs and duties which need to be paid by the customer while receiving the product.
What is the time it takes from when I place my order to when I receive my products?
Shipping timelines vary from location to location. However for most pin codes in India, the parcel would reach you within 4 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. In case of international shipments, the parcel would reach you within 6 to 8 business days.
